LOCATION : A beautiful house full of french charm - a heated swimming pool, 1.2 hectares of nature just for us, and a beautiful interior design & high end comfort!

WHAT IS ASHTANGA MYSORE ?
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and structured style of yoga that synchronizes breath with a series of progressive postures, creating a flow of movement.
It is considered as the “father” of Vinyasa Yoga.Unlike a led yoga class where an instructor guides the whole group, in an Ashtanga Mysore class, students practice at their own pace and sequence. The teacher provides individualized guidance and adjustments.
A great way for practitioners to foster independence in their practice, have one-to-one guidance and create strength & flexibility - of the mind and of the body ! -
WHAT IS YIN YOGA ?
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that focuses on deep stretches and long-held postures, targeting the body’s connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, and joints.
It emphasizes stillness and relaxation of the body and of the mind, offering a complementary balance to more dynamic forms of yoga like Vinyasa or Ashtanga.It is very beneficial for relaxation, flexibility, and inner stillness and helps create balance, offering a counterbalance to more active, "yang" styles of movement and exercise.

The location :
La Jarrie, France (15min from La Rochelle and walking distance train station!) in a beautiful and high comfort “domaine”.
-> 10 min to the beach, 15min to La Rochelle & 20min to l’Ile de Ré.
Price : 740 € per person - 15 people max.

Transport :
2.5 hours by train from Paris (station La Jarrie) and then 10 min walk.
During your stay, if you want to move around it’s recommended you rent a car or we can also organize outings by taxi.
About Gibran Gonzalez
Gibran is an internationally recognized KPJAYI Level 2 certified Ashtanga yoga teacher. He has been running Mysore programs globally for more than 15 years.
Gibran’s yogic journey began over 20 years ago in Mexico in 2000, under the guidance of Baptiste Marceau.
This journey led him to practice regularly in India. Initially, he started in Bangalore, but in October 2005, he moved to Mysore to join the KPJAYI (Sri K Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute). There, he had the opportunity to learn from Sri K Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Jois Rangaswamy.
Gibran has been my teacher for many years and I can’t wait for you to discover his amazing guidance.
